Influence of mind

While there are many thoughts and ideas in the human mind that elude us, these thoughts are actually quite clear. Even consciously unaware the mind relates itself to audio and visuals, a quick image or sound bite has the potential for major influence on decision making. It is actually a fascinating automatic human reflex.
Human emotions are often triggered by familiar sounds scents and images without an explanation why. Maybe the smell of brownies reminds us of childhood summers with friends, or perhaps bright colors allow us to remember a favorite toy, even the taste of a certain meal can take us back. The human mind consciously recalls things that may not be remembered. Even a split second vision is a memory brought back. Memories are stored in the mind, which uses related information to redraw even difficult memories.
This is the reason that many advertisers stick subliminal messages in their ads and you don't even notice. A class in business advertising or communications can quickly show you all the things that our mind is factoring in that we are not seeing and not registering at all. Once you realize that these hidden messages lie within advertising it makes you wonder just how easily swayed we are.
When reviewed, a brands image being seen over and over works for companies as well, enough repetition will sway the consumer toward the implied product or business, though they are among others. One can easily be amazed by the minds ability to function further on its own without conscious effort.
Advertising professionals are masters of the subliminal message, and as much as people believe they are not influenced, they actually are. Though the human mind is subject to millions of different images, it is actually unaware that it is taking in even more than it knows. These ideas and advertising strategies would be quite useful in your own business endeavors.
